The Winery villas are developed by Valley Enterprises in co-operation with Euro Leisure B.V.(Ltd.)

During its more than 20 years existence, Euro Leisure is active in the development of tourism and recreational sustainable projects.
Besides this Euro Leisure initiated several community based projects in developing countries which have been of great benefit to the local communities.

In the Isaan area of Thailand, agricultural testing projects have been carried out, amongst others a Grape-Growing-Pilot in 2006. This plantation turned out successful, and the first harvest has been accomplished.
At first Shiraz grapes were propagated in the Isaan area to see if they flourish and would be of good quality. The profit from grapes is considerably higher than from rice and the local farmers will be less dependent on profits from the rice harvest.

Increasing opportunities for the local farmers.

In this same area (Isaan), Euro Leisure supports the village of Baan Pat Noi with small-scale projects. By means of a collection, the project makes it possible that poor children are able to go to school. Next to these collections test project are carried out, such as crop growing vegetables instead of rice, gaining a higher profit and narrow the risk of harvest failures.

In Tanzania, Euro Leisure took part in the development of a lodge of which a part of the profit is contributed to the Sibusiso orphanage in Arusha.

Euro Leisure B.V. established several sustainable tourism projects such as 'Berg en Dal River Lodge', a luxury Eco-Resort which includes a Spa and Jungle experience, on the banks of the Suriname River, in the jungle of Suriname. This project is supported by means of a subsidy from the Dutch Government (PSOM subsidy) and the objective is to create some economic stimulation to this area, resulting in more employment and income for the local people.

In all developments of the Euro Leisure commercially based projects the concept of sustainability is used, saving and protecting the environment, increasing involvement of the local people which guarantees a more solid base and lifespan of the project.
